Welcome to JA EVENTS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.jaevents.com and the event management services we provide. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Agreement to Terms

  • By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • These terms apply to all visitors, clients, vendors, and any other parties who access or use our services.
  • If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Overview

  • JA EVENTS provides comprehensive event management services including planning, coordination, design, decoration, catering management, and day-of execution.
  • The scope of services for each event will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal specific to your event.
  • We act as coordinators and intermediaries between clients and third-party vendors. While we ensure quality, we are not liable for third-party vendor failures beyond our control.
  • To improve our website, services, and customer experience through analytics and feedback.
  • Service availability is subject to scheduling and may vary based on location, season, and event complexity.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm your event date and initiate planning.
  • The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 business days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment methods as communicated by our team.
  • Additional services or changes requested after the initial agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.
  • Invoices will be provided for all transactions. Late payments may attract a penalty of 2% per week on the outstanding amount.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the booking deposit only.
  • Cancellations made between 15–30 days before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total agreed cost
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will require full payment as resources and vendors will have been committed.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 21 days in advance. One free reschedule is permitted; subsequent changes may incur fees.
  • In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), both parties will work together to find a mutually agreeable solution.
